Okay lets set this out. There are only so many ways to sit in a chair, but with how you do it and where you put your arms there are variations. It just so happens that 4 times they happened to do the same arm and leg pose. That is incredibly lucky. To the point where it is clear what they were using as a source. Something simple as changing the arms, tilting the head or changing who is slouching would earn them a pass. We even see this a bit with Mysta, but if he had pulled his left leg in, bend his neck back and sat up straight then you'd be hard pressed to make a comparison.

People say directly traced are wrong, but there is such a thing as over reliance on a source to the point that copying allegation have legs. We've seen this in comics and manga a few times, it is not the biggest yab but very poor form and can cause trouble if the artist or IP holder objects.

By being the original. I don't see what your point is here. If you drew a red box with a certain style, with a certain angle and lid hanging off in a certain way. That would be FujoFaggot red box. there is a clear intent and personal style related to the brand. Someone else could draw a different sort of red box, maybe round, no lid, a thicker rim and holes in the side. Even if they were inspired by your box they have put their own theming to it and created a new piece of work.

The problem here is multiple times they created a picture close to the original. I don't think it is enough to be tracing or to cause legal trouble. But the sort of thing that could cause trouble if the involved parties decided to start throwing punches.
