There's pretty much nothing besides a single quote taken out of context and blown out of proportion to support it. Like the other anon said, the context of them being the two contenders for most successful 4th gen after coco (at the time towa was.... having trouble growing) probably helped to instigate people to shitpost and feed the rrat, but even if they really hate each other, which could as well be true, they've both been professional enough not to show any signs of it publicly. You might as well speculate that Aki and Haato hate each other since they don't interact much.
