Stars in general also doesn't work the same way as Nijisanji. They can't do yab shit with the girls not because their banned but because it would piss off the Hologirl's audience and marketing them to Holo's main audience is pointless because their not interested in anime boys. Thinking StarsEN will give them "exposure" when the current EOP audience don't even watch the current boys is pants on head. Just look at Uproar, they got shilled a ton to the Holo audience even more then the new girls but once they debuted alongside them most of audience skipped over them and only the actual Stars fanbase went to see them. Exposure isn't the problem, it's finding more people that are interested in them.
