Applications are always open now. There's way too many potential yabs and leeches (who just want to talk to the girls). It's just not worth it.

I never understand this "factory idols" that want new ones every year.
Twitch kiddies follow 3-4 streamers and have enough for 5 years. You have like 50+ Holos (of which you don't follow even 1/3) and still want new shiny toys.
If you get that bored ask them to stream properly and try new things, instead of playing the same shit forever for 12 hrs per week.
