Because each agency has their own management they can try different approaches.
Then when all of them fail except one they just absorb(or fire) all the failures and expand the one group that succeeded due to competent management.
This is how all multi-national corporations work, your competition is your own peers within the company.

Qu/Dtto says "him" when referring to them in English and I never watched enough solo streams to figure it out. The voice would be really hard for a male to do consistently without a voicechanger or lots of training.
