>>24840933I remember the time when I first started to take an interested in NijiEN, it was around November last year during the NijiEN Crab Games Collab with all the 3 branches playing together. Before this I have heard of NijiEN before and had saw some clips of them. (Mostly Lazulight clips.) But it was the Crab Games Collab that makes me decide to take a full interests in them and make me decided to watch these girls more. Watching these girls yelling, screaming, swearing and doing crazy shit at each other show me of how much fun they are genuinely having. That moment was a blast for me. Since that collab I thought to myself that maybe I'll give these NijiEN girls a shot, they seems fun and entertaining to watch as they are seem to be genuinely having fun.
Fast forward to when around Luxiem joined NijiEN, at first I didn't thought of anything much and in fact, even did enjoy having them around in some collab, like the Among Us Collab with all the 4 branches. But as time goes by, there seems to be more and more collab and even some random pop up of the males members in some stream that I began to lost hope in ever getting to see the kino that I saw back during in the Crab Games Collab, where bunches of girls having fun and doing crazy shit ever again. Then, Noctyx joined and I realize that all hope of seeing those kino again is all but lost. The collab with Noctyx and Luxiem become more frequently and regularly to the point that is like 4-5 days a week for some of the members. The random pop up of the males members on the girls stream become a regular thing. Ever since then I decided to stop watching NijiEN.
Looks, is not that I disliked the idea of "collabing with males" but is it just way too much that NijiEN loses it appeals and it dynamic and become sadly unwatchable for me. Before Luxiem and Noctyx joined NijiEN, of course there were collabs with other males as well and I was all for it, like collab with NijiJP (eg. Oliver), NijiID (eg. Bonbon) or others outside Nijisanji (eg. RPR). Heck, I was all for it as some of them were funny af. But all of them were once for a while collab, not like Luxiem and Noctyx with the 3-4 days per week collab or when you are watching girl stream and suddenly, a random male voice entered who happens to be one of the Niji male member.
All I want to see is some sort of full girls collab like back in the days. Dealing with some assholes males at work all day in rl got me tired and need some sort of remedy and healing, as that cure happens to be watching cute anime girls doing some stuff with other anime girls, whether if that seems weird or not, that is just how I cope, I just want to watch them girls having fun with each other.
Anyway, back to this topic. I really hope that HoloEN would stick to what they have been doing and do not go to the same route as NijiEN. I welcome HomoEN but please do not have these continuous cancerous male collab or random unwanted pop up like NijiEN did. It will really kill the vibe, the dynamic and the uniqueness or Hololive itself.
