So just for kicks I did some looking into this company, and while it's hard to find more Info on the main "Yu" guy, the guy they're calling "Hacker-san"'s real name is Shimada Tatsuro and he's a millionaire investor. Since they apparently worked together, the main guy must be even more loaded. Imagine having so much money you can literally decide "Yeah, I wanna make an anime-girl agency"
Also they literally bought their logo for this project off a sort of crowd-offering fiverr-like japanese site:
