1. She has the roleplay down pat, not just the "desuwa", but all the other facets of it, like calling the "truck repairman" in manner similar to how an ojousama calls her butler and using "mashi" and other ojou-tier words. Full on immersion is guaranteed, unlike most of the half-assed stuff usually seen in prior ojousama types.
2. In addition to this, she reads out the game dialogue and prompts in real time WHILE converting it into the ojousama type voice. She also calls the characters with the お prefix (like o-Mia) adding another layer to the experience. That's fucking insane levels of dedication to the roleplay.
3. Zero dead air, very important for streamers but something that has been lacking in a lot of smaller chuuba streams (and even some big ones). Her streams feel like watching a 1 hour anime episode, there is always something interesting going on and even during places where she messes up, she converts it into interesting commentary and makes it very fun.
4. Extremely vulgar jokes, like the endoscopy one or the one where she mentions removing the smell of mold on her food by using her piss (/ringo/fags also rejoice kek).
5. The above point contrasting very nicely with her general disgust about dirty things in RE7, and the ojou-sama language and terms which she used to describe them - giving you full immersion (if you know JP of course).
6. And finally, short stream length. Unironically a buff for her since it's long enough to keep an audience and allow newfags to catch up but also short enough that the audience are left begging for MORE.
The few EN clips she has is not enough to convert all this cultural-level humor into English, so try doing your reps for once if you don't want to get confused about natural numbers and cry about it.
