Been thinking about a JRPG concept featuring Hololive Fantasy

Gameplay would be turn-based RPG.

Currently, I've only been thinking about the gameplay roles of the characters:

Pekora - Thief/Item User (can latter get FF!Chemist/BD!Salvemaker-type abilities through skill trees for supportive and destructive effects, one skilltree additionally gives her access to mostly utility magic, but includes some trap-based spells; think Erik's earth-type magic from DQXI)
Rushia - Omni-Magic user (both offensive/debuff magic and healing/supportive magic, kinda like the Sage job of DQ or FF)
Flare - Fighter/Mage hybrid (either she'll be offensive-focused, being able to fight well and having destructive Fire spells as well as debuffs, or she'll be more of a overtuned Red Mage, might be possible to build for both lategame)
Noel - Physical attacker/Tank role. Focused on attracting opponents to focus on her. May have either no magic or some healing/supportive magic.
Marine - Fast, powerful physical attacker. Also has a lot of skills focusing on charming enemies like some DQ party members, or parodies this with a set of abilities that both charm or paralyze enemies (or enrage them, certain skills could be used to make her an evade-type tank) to simulate that she has variable success.

As for stats, probably something like:

Str - determines physical damage for normal attacks and abilities
Dex - Hit and critical percentage
Agi - turn order and evade
Magic Power - Determines power and effectiveness of offensive and debuff-type magic spells. Characters without any spells/abilities relying on this has this set to 0.
Healing Power - Determines effectiveness of healing and support-type magic spells. Characters without any spells/abilities relying on this has this set to 0.
Charm - Can only be raised/lowered with certain skill tree boosts or equipment. Used for certain abilities (Marine in general has the most Charm-based abilities, most focused on having as much or as little of it as possible).
