I think the bigger issue is for some reason or another, she seemed to have burned quite a few bridges within Hololive. That has led to overall less opportunities and exposure for her as a whole. She isn't "in the conversation" as much as she used to be.
The bridge burning could be no one person's fault, but women being the vindictive bitches they are will leave them unrepaired, often times on purpose, for years at a time.
Also, women being the cliquey thots that they are, means that entire group collabs might be out of the equation. Just look at that PekoMiko shit show and how Luna avoids Matsuri.
Cover needs to sit them down and have them talk all that shit out. Like professionals would, like men would.
