Her posts are currently mostly for TwitCasting passwords and proceedings with the postcard present plan. You can look at the past Fanbox posts, but there isn't much on it.
TwitCasting streams are unarchived, now. No solid proof, but the "dox" YouTube channels might have been the reason for that. Some of the best of them are available to the highest tier, though.
Her current schedule seems to be one weekend cosplay stream per month in the Japanese evening, and a few random guerilla streams.
Again, that's all public information from the Fanbox dates, titles, and her Twitter activity. But I'll add in the bit of private info that if you know enough Japanese to say anything more interesting than 草 and 可愛い you can pretty much expect to have a conversation with her.
