This. Yellow, brown, orange. They're very unappealing for chuubas and anime in general. Unless you:
Mix them witu blue: Astel. Mononobe alice. Wonderegg priority.
Mix them with either or both black and white: choco, watame, haachama, ame (shirt).

Since it's an accent color you can't really do much with it.

I'm not saying a high energy vtuber can't be boring, though. Haachama for example is genuinely boring and uninteresting. Not a fan of Flare, either.
The only blonde who's not "boring" is Nenechi. And maybe Polka.
