Ojousamas, while mostly used as a fictional trope and often comically exaggerated (as Salome herself is), aren't entirely unrealistic. Prissy, well-behaved daughters of wealthy families exist, particularly in Japan which even has relatively recent history of being virtually ruled by extremely wealthy family-owned zaibatsu.
The expectations most people have of such high society people automatically create mental images and juxtapositions that, for Salome, are basically just easy fodder for content. A fine young lady trying to drive a truck? Silly, meme it. A well-mannered maiden gleefully slaughtering zombies with pistols and chainsaws? Surreal, meme the fuck out of it. She's teetering right on that precipice of oddity and familiarity that brings in both vtuber fans and normies in droves.
The effect isn't quite the same when the character design or archetype is too outlandish. An isekai dragon girl playing video games, doing things that are, I guess, unusual for dragon people? You can do it, you can meme it, but it's just not as relatable. The concept already jumped the shark pre-debut. It's less "real".
I feel that Salome, in addition to doing everything right so far, also has the added benefit of having the perfect launch platform character-wise. I think Mito benefited from this in her time, too.
