>>25306125If it doesn't swelling, your arm's still good enough. If it has bruises in it, buy a concealer for you to patch on. Remember to take note of the skin tone. It's good to ask the sales lady for it. Just remember to not show your bruise because that would be awkward haha. Use ice pack for bruise to numb the pain and maybe invest in a good gel ice pack if Noel occasionally beats you because reusable bags are annoying to setup especially after you got a good beating. I bought 2 big ones so I could swap in the fridge when I use it. I also recommend to not use ibuprofen and use paracetamol to not be overdosed if she beats you like, twice a week or something.
And lastly, everytime you meet with Noelle, greet her with a happy smile. A good smile goes a long way. Even if she is beating you, keep a happy smile because I have proven smiling often reduces beatings even if the person had a bad day. Always be positive and do your best anon! I too believe in you!
