Affixing the device depends upon the model of chair she has. If she has an aeron for example, there is no cushion and the air siphon could simply be installed on the underside of the seat.
If the model has a cushion however it would probably require some careful surgery to implant the device without showing any visible damage.
The payload could either be siphoned through nonsuspect tubing running down the chair into the flooring however this would present a problem if she were to move the chair some distance.
I've also considered a pressurised canister to contain the payload however I believe filling those can make noise, which would also likely ruin the operation. This would have the added benefit of allowing me consumption of a concentrated payload however.
Need to work out the kinks in the plan.
