The vision and values listed on our website were created by myself. Value is a way of playing as a team with fewer employees, and as the number of employees increases, it is no longer functioning, so it needed to be reviewed.
I also used something I made for the homepage. With the growth of the business, it was necessary to change the design and content so that the people concerned could trust it.
Therefore, with park's help, we proceeded with the creation of missions and values while also hearing about employees, and then proceeded with the renewal of the website.
About the mission
My mission was to challenge myself to create culture from Japan. I believe that VTubers are a uniquely Japanese culture that was born out of Japan. As one of Japan's leading VTuber companies, we would like to challenge businesses such as Metaverse and create a new culture in the future.
About Value
In order to firmly establish ourself among working members, we have narrowed our values down to three. In the future, we will continue to value the attitude of boldly launching initiatives like Holo Live Summer, the attitude of tackling various challenges as a team, and the attitude of creating content beyond your imagination together with creators both internally and externally.
