Long answer, Polka started a diet with Lamy, and has been doing a lot of dance reps because she wants to keep up with Nene/Lamy. If her recent 3Ds (Holofes, Aki's anni) are any indication, it seems like she's probably slimmed down. I can't speak for Okayu as I don't watch her enough, but maybe someone else has some info.
