Period are not regular all the time, mine skip 2-3 months sometimes and I don't usually notice until I see a period product sale and remembered I haven't had to buy any for a while.
If I get pregnant it'd be the second coming of Chris so I have no reason to panic or do pregnancy check tho.

I also went through this when I was 16. Turned out I had PCOS. The doctor made me take birth control pills and my period normalized within a year. There are still short spurts of irregularity here and there but I no longer make it to 3 months of delay.

tl;dr: Go to a doctor.
