I think it's happening in the likes of America and Korea, where the price of property is unaffordable for more and more people as the years gone by.
In India and Indonesia, they pay is shit, but affordable housing is everywhere, you can buy a house with a mortgage paid from minimum wages in under 20 years. The last time I heard is Korean and American gives up in buying houses because they have to pay mortgage for at least 40 years with their minimum wage. That's the definition of shithole cost of living.
