Because recovering from her condition needs actual silence. That involves talking and even whispering. You aren't supposed to use your voice at all for an extended period of time. If she hasn't mentioned doing a watchalong, she likely didn't get a go signal from the doctor or is at least waiting until she rests a full 4 weeks as she originally planned to. Though admittedly, she doesn't talk much about what happens behind the scenes, which is pretty normal for her.
