In fact, contrary to your picture, NijiEN did their chibi 3D earlier than 12 months from debut, unlike HoloEN.
And we've yet to wait till Nijifes in the late September. Some anons were rrating that Lazulight will have their 3D during that event. That claim was supported by official statement that there will be some overseas participant during Nijifes, but that of course doesn't mean their 3D. But if that's true and they'll indeed get their full 3D during NijiFes, that would mean they beat Myth both in Chibi 3D and Full 3D. And considering that Niji's 3D is light years ahead from Holo's in terms of quality, I consider it a win.
