She was #1/#2 superchatted vtuber, had high CCV and was well-known in vtubing community so her artist not only got paid shit ton of money for all those outfits she had but also had a lot of exposure by association. Pretty much anyone would like to be in that position rather than doing some random commissioned work for gachas or working on fiverr for 15$/hour.
