1. They're all on the same level of meme brainrot as her. They're much more likely to understand all her weird, nonsensical references and jokes.
2. They are all the same kind of weirdo that she is and are willing to go back and forth with her weirdness when most of Myth would shut it down or dismiss it once she started going too retarded.
3. Myth is a group of individual rockstars who all want to do their own thing and do it well.
4. Myth seems to generally have the same sort of views of online interaction as the JPs, meaning that they essentially keep to themselves if they can't easily meet offline and interacting with coworkers is a bit more formal than chatting with friends.
5. To some extent, even if they do get along well, they want to keep it off-stream. Gura+Ame is probably the best example of this, because we know that Gura and Ame are still friends, but they don't want their relationship to become "Gura+sidekick".
