I'm pretty sure i figured out how Gura's birthday stream will be, i kinda understand how her brain works by being a complete schizo who pays attention to absolutely everything she says so here's my strongest RRAT:
As mentioned before Gura wants to do a totsumachi and talk to all the members she can but we all know that she can't really talk too much with the JP members so in order to make things less awkward she's making a roulette game to play with them <-- this is what she told us.
Now the reason why something apparently simple like this is stressing her out: she wants to do it in 3D at her own house using her official model and probably tried to make something similar to what she did for the April Fools collab, the problem is that VRchat is quite limited and definitely isn't very compatible with mocap suits so it would end up being very scuffed and she wouldn't look good at all which is pretty embarassing to happen with her official model, also it would require her to use the annoying VR headset that makes her sick so i'm sure she gave up on VRchat.
That leaves her with the only option of making it with the same softwares that Cover uses for the 3D streams in their studio which doesn't look very complex, all the games and gimmicks they usually do seem to be mostly simple triggers and remote control but that makes staff necessary, one person to control the scenario and another to control her model's features (expressions, accessories etc.) so it would need more space and more computers, in other words it would be complicated to do it in her streaming room which apparently is located at her attic because she punched the roof once.
So what Gura did to solve this? she told us she was searching for a new house but she was actually looking for a studio to rent.
in the past few weeks she have been setting things up at this rented studio on her own or maybe her managers are helping her but it's definitely a pain the ass <-- this explains why she have been streaming way less.

This is her "Fine i will do it myself" 3D "debut" featuring a totsumachi with roulette game and probably a singing performance of her new song <-- this explains why she have not been practicing other songs for Karaoke, Gura always told us how she sings almost every day so she probably have been practicing only her own song.
