Maybe they'll reach an agreement of "don't publish your book that paints us in a bad light and you can return under certain conditions" and maybe those conditions is that they never let her near any company secret info. Rushia clearly doesn't need Hololive anymore. So if she was re-signed, Hololive would be the one at the disadvantage, and Rushia could ask for pretty much anything, which I doubt Hololive would be willing to give. Since it would reset the terms for everyone under cover at their next contract negotiation.
