I wouldn't compare them since that looks like it's something huge and fancy, he even specified in the stream that his project wouldn't be a 24/7 action anime sequence since that takes a lot more work. A lot of Nijisanji vtubers are aware of Holoalt. I think I recall Kenmochi also talking about it.
