Salome also has a very big Achille heels in the fact that her EOP drag ATM is very limited and I think she knows it as she's putting effort into learning english so its possibly a nonpermanant issue but what is permanant is that she has no genmates. As it is now I have no idea if this will be a problem or not as collabs can be hit or miss but she has no one she can rely on that front so there's that too.
There's a few events that need to line up for it to happen within a reasonable timeframe but in a way its very possible.
TLDR: Yes if Gura stalls/let her motivation tank alongside the other ENs and Salome keeps up her english reps.
