I tried googling my oshi some time ago to see if her 4chan thread would pop up. Seems like you have to explicitly add "4chan" in the search query for any hits to take you here. So as far as JP vtubers go it's very unlikely they'd stumble in here by pure chance.

You can't really see 4chan posts on google anymore after like 2013. I remember back in the day you could google keywords and get specific threads though, like ponyfag would legit only show you /mlp/ threads back in the day.
