I was speaking from a corporate perspective. It's why in Hololive you see them forcing collab pairings that don't make much sense like the recent Gura and Shion collab which was used to promote their cover that released immediately afterwards.
If we're talking about chemistry idk what potential EN collabs there could be. Pomu Kiara is the obvious one esp since Pomu already gets Holotourists. Maybe Selen and someone but there's no one really on her skill level in EN.

I've seen vtuber groups that built a huge audience from basically nothing just by collabing a lot with each other and building each other's characters.
It's not all about playing a zero-sum game. It's about a rising tide that lifts all boats.
Personally, I like the interpersonal relationships more than the personalities themselves.

The only reason EN is is because well, EN, also because undoubtebly HoloEN and NijiEN are the two biggest groups and it still hasn't happened yet and I'm not blaming Kiara but her saying "one side is blocking it" didn't help this at all.
After a bunch of HENxNEN collabs people would stop caring because the novelty would wear off
