Third, if you expand your views beyond just comparing her to her HoloEN mates (who all have also plateaued or reclined in growth and view metrics, it's not just a Kiara thing but you don't mention that for bait) the Hololive gig even with her numbers on the lower end of HoloEN puts her still in the 0.01% echelon of vtubers or streamers in general. She is under no hurry to leave the job that still pays her the most monthly income she will ever see in her life, and is under no illusion that she would do any better by graduating (what for? boohoo, I don't do as well as a few other people in my company, but I'm still doing better than thousands of people out there.
