Not really, as long it has an avatar it should be fine but it was encouraged that they were if you were to post them at the virtual youtuber thread or the independent one, I do remember one that didn't have an actual L2D yet and was kinda iffy to post her there, her avatar is cute even if a bit derpy because it doesn't track the blinking properly.
