Ad revenue varies wildly based on video length and a bunch of seemingly random and arbitrary factors, and the CPM to RPM conversion also has a lot of variance based on who-the-actual-fuck-knows, so I can't speak for Vtuber clippers, but based on ad revenue for other short videos, a 100k view clip should net you between 70~100 bucks.
if it's 3 a day, and it's every day of the month, you're looking at 6300 to 9000 bucks a month. This could even end up being worth significantly more depending on their country and currency (or less), but other countries also pay double taxation for US views so I'd imagine the net income is generally equal or less.
By the way anyone who uploads exactly 30 second videos that seem to have filler is a faggot. It seems like not everyone got the memo since it's changed a few times, but 30 seconds is what you need to make money of off of a video. Shorter videos CAN be monetized, but usually get something stupid like 1/10th or 1/20th of the amount. I pray to god animators get better ads or some sort of benefit that lets them get more money than that.
