It just often doesn't work for MtF's because those retards start them when they're like 30 y.o. ogres and don't have the money to do anything beyond chopping off their dicks. Then they become troon ogres, realize they'll never look feminine and kill themselves.
FtM's transitions are much easier (besides the dick) because testosterone pretty much does the majority of needed changes even if you start late.
