I'm actually convinced Kronii is a tranny. Here's my technical rrat:
During Council's opposite gender stream, Kronii easily sounded the most convincing and natural. This is where it gets interesting. If she* has the tools to sound natural when pitched lower, then the same tool can be used to increase the pitch convincingly. That’s on top of her* VA and audio processing skills required for that line of work.

This is because the cheap pitch-shifting algorithm doesn't preserve the formants of the person's voice. Formants are basically unique resonances in your voice that help to contribute a unique frequency profile which is what makes your voice sound like (You). They're like the fingerprint of your voice in a way. Men and women naturally have different formants and frequency ranges on average, so you can make a feminine voice sound masculine by manipulating the formants and vice versa. It’s why you can instantly hear if someone’s male or female, even if the woman has a deep voice like Towa.
Good pitch-shifting software gives you the option to tweak the formants separately on-the-fly to compensate for the pitching artefacts I mentioned above. This make the pitch-shifting a lot more natural as it preserves the qualities of the original sound. You can also ONLY tweak the formants on their own without changing the pitch.

Most likely was using a VST plugin in OBS as that's VST-compatible and it was probably one of the many plugins she* uses for her* VA stuff.
It's VERY likely Kronii is pitching her* voice up a couple of semitones and tweaks the formants to sound more feminine in her* normal streams. It's very easy to do and with her* knowledge, toolset, roommate rrats, constant menhera self-identity crises/depression, hiding the avatar’s boobs, a side job that literally forces you to be someone else which probably contributes to the self-identity issues…why wouldn't she*?
