Delta mainly uses them to make streams that only her fanbox twitter followers can see and tweets out the links to them - she'll let you follow if you subscribed even once in the past, so you don't need an active subscription to fanbox. Though she also posts the links on her fanbox article with the schedule.
It's essentially members only content but without any real security, so when someone inevtiably pastes it here anyone can watch it.
