Sadly I don't think we've quite hit the sweet spot with jiggle physics. I think Noel's got some nice sway on her casual outfit, but it seems that L2D riggers don't understand tits at scale.
Noel probably had to literally coach her L2D rigger on how tits should move when they're that big.
