Considering the whole image, the lighting seems a bit all over the place, but it works fine on friend's belly - the (sadly closed) shirt casts its shadow, and the lower belly is highlighted with a spot of light that forms a nice shape with the pant's mons pubis outline. Sadly there's (almost) no lines on the belly itself, so texture and shape aren't developed beyond the lighting - and there's no other details to make things interesting either. The belly fubutton is a narrowing slit with simple linework; it works fine considering the artstyle, but might have benefitted from being located more towards the centre of the belly. We don't see much hip or any side belly, but the shape of the clothes imply a good degree of width on the hips. The shirt's really being a tease by hiding friend's hourglass-shaped belly here.
