The only thing that would prevent a company from rehiring a competent employee would be if they had legal hurdles to jump over, which in Covers case there aren't many of those I imagine, only cases where they wouldn't WANT to rehire a talent. As for the guys, I don't think any of them left on truly bad terms to the point Yagoo wouldn't humor the idea of them coming back if they wanted, so they could probably undergo talks.
