For Verbal IQ, I find that Pippa Pipkin is very sharp and has some broad knowledge, though she isn't very educated. Ina is talented outside of the streams. Actual educations is a bit much to know about as that isn't entertaining excessive roomate posting.
Typically it is possible to see if someone is merely playing the fool based how fast their response and reactions are, if they effectively simplify complexity, and where they rest on the Dunning-kruger effect. There are many small tells I like to feel out in real life, but they aren't something that can be intentionally pursued given the format.
