Unfortunately yeah, the "game" kind of drags. I've started another playthrough last fall and couldn't get past a third of the game.
I feel like it is mostly carried by the story, characters and music. But when you know everything about it already, there's really nothing to look forward to.
I've got to say though, if you're the type of person who can emotionally invest yourself into the story and characters, it is very very much worth it. Do all 5 endings (A to E).
