(Technically she COULD have been 18 if she's 31, but her birthday is probably in November and those pics are from April, so...)
But again, its probably not her anyway. The pics don't look like the other pics that are meant to be her and pretending some anonymous camwhore pics are a cosplayer you don't like is a common thing in the communities she used to be in.
