No. She's from a generation that didn't sit inside all the time. Older people that did more shit when they were younger are more able bodied than people 20 years younger that did nothing but sit on their asses 24/7. Also take into account that she did/does boxing for physical training as compared to most Japaneses that aren't physically active AT ALL.

You have not answered shit about the fact that the mocap suit + facial tracking would make this pretty much impossible to perform flawlessly.
I'm not saying they've hired a professional dancer, I'm just saying that they've had to at least smooth it out in post-production.

If they are using iPhones for facial tracking, like they usually do, they'd have to have some rig mounted onto the head of the performer, like picrel.
It definitely would make performing certain things much harder.
