JPs literally never do this, they understand that some people would specifically make time in their schedule if some special event was announced and give everyone a chance to be ready. EN tards for some reason just go "haha isn't this a nice surprise woohooo". At the very least they could put "major announcement" or some other ambiguous stuff in there if they want to keep it a secret that much.
But they don't. They just do it out of nowhere.
