Retarded, but it's because countries have different rules for the amount of ends on a fork, if you have less than 4 then it legally has to fall under a different classification of tool which leads into different rules for sale that it couldn't be sold with conventional utensils, so it would either be shitty trident and no chopsticks or both items sold separately at a higher price.
