Honestly both Niiji and Holo seem kind of shady

They seem to combine "bubble tech company run by college students with no concept of HR or protocol" with "Japanese Idol/Entertainment Agency" they may even have Yakuza/Mob connections (like most of the JP entertainment/idol industry)

Anykara will most likely going to be one in the future if the chinks start to do whatever they want in there. Riku had mentioned a few years ago that he wants to make quick bucks out of Nijisanji, then gets the fuck out once he feels like he has gained enough money.
