It's pretty obvious that they got lucky because of the lockdown, Hololive was still at its peak and Myth was the first gen of Hololive EN and a lot of people were curious and hyped about it. Gura's popularity and the memes also contributed a lot to Myth's success, it was the perfect timing for them.
What I meant about Council being weaker is because their talents are not on the same level as Myth was because most of Council don't have the same skills/personalities that make them stand out like Myth did in the past, except for Kronii and Fauna. There is also the fact that they're streaming less and less which makes people lose interest in them.
>Sana: Rarely streams, her channel views and subs numbers got destroyed by the YT bot, she still stuck and with "Sana is BEEG" and "bread" jokes and don't evolve her character like the rest of Council did, only play Nintendo's games now for some reason instead of doing some variety, it's a great artist like Ina but has stopped doing drawing streams.
>Fauna: She is entertaining, charismatic and funny, her voice is soothing, her streams are chill and comfy, she is great at ASMR, mommy personality, she is funny without feeling forced and she has a good sense of humor.
>Kronii: Her voice is great, she has good voice acting skills, despite her strong persona she has some gap-moe, she's funny, does funny jokes and has a good comedic timing.
>Mumei:Her singing skills and voice are good, she is funny and cute, have a good chemistry with other members in collabs but insist to act like an edgelord most of the time until it gets tiring and end up acting like a retard while still think she's being funny, like when she starts talking about disgusting stuff on SNOT.
>Baelz: She's nice, has a good chemistry with other members on collabs, especially IRyS and Calli but her personality is pretty normal and she doesn't have anything unique compared to other members. Her personality doesn't match the whole chaos persona she have at all, making her forcing a childish and annoying voice, she would do better if she was chosen to be another character instead. She's also very annoying when she plays horror games, start freaking out pausing the game or not moving the character while saying "eww" and doing annoying sounds, even if she says she hates horror games and don't like to play them.
