In Japan they don't make food to order. You order a thing that has such and such on it, like toppings or whatever, and that's it. You don't get to say "no onions" or whatever, if you don't want them you pick them off or order something else.
So Mori wanted a pizza that came with certain toppings but one of the toppings was chicken which she didn't want. So she just picked them off. Haachama on the other hand could just get a regular ass pizza with no pepperoni on it if she wants, but for some reason chooses to get it with pepperoni so she can PICK UP THIS, AWAY! CAUSE I DONT EAT IT! instead.
