It’s obvious they just wanted an excuse to get rid of her. Maybe because she was “problematic” in the sense she wasn’t a “haihaihai” lady with management, or because she was difficult to handle given her mental issues… speculation can be done but what’s clear to me is that the message was an excuse, albeit legally enough to get away with terminating her.
