It feels like people have to struggle really hard to be negative on her, and only because she's a western vtuber / VShojo. It is kind of pathetic to watch. Silver is an adorable sweetpea, team mom, and very generous person.
Why doesn't she pull bigger numbers? I dunno. It seems like people who are fans of VShojo like her. When she gets raided raiders tend to stick around unlike with other people where a majority of them piss off after five minutes. She does stream late at night which is a bit of an issue for some fans, I guess, but even when she streams during the day she rolls with ~2k viewers unless raided. I think she has one of the most unique situations right now in vtubing, what with her mom being really popular among VShojofans and western vtuber fans in general, her RL brother just started vtubing as Kon Zetsu, and they periodically have "family night" where all three of them play a game together. It's cute. They are literally the only true family of vtubers.
I have my own criticisms of Silvervale, but none of them are major or important. She's the most comfy and chill streamer in VShojo (arguably more than Froot and Melody) and she is the one you want to watch if you're just looking to relax and watch someone really enjoy a game. Her Skyrim obsession and the 500 mods she has for it actually make the game not look like an ancient wreck. She loves the memes, too:

If you don't care that a girl like to use her sexuality in cute ways, then she can be a good time. I never feel like she's too crass about it (unless he's with Veibae), but others wouldn't agree.
I dunno. She is underrated but I don't know what the hell she can do to improve her standing.
