Nui did a brief introduction too, but i'm not sure if it was more like nijisanji trying to push her or not, i've never seen any EOP chat interaction so it's hard to tell. I remember Kanda and Gundou talking about reading english comments on their streams and get annoyed that all they read is EOPs asking "next gunkan stream when". Kanda said he ignores them, Gundou said she outright blocks people who do that. They got clipped and a bunch of EOPs got butthurt because they can't even figure out they're the one at fault.
Inui seemed to not mind english interactions, she even played aroud people calling her cute trying to correct them to call her "cool kerberos" instead
Lulu seems to have zero interest in english, she only knows "i'll be back", never tries to put any effort into understading anything even in-game and that one time i saw her read something in english she outright shut it down saying "i don't speak english" and then went back to her usual business
Tomoe has been replying to overseas supas saying a few sentences she learned, it was kind of adorable to hear her reply "because of you" to some of them and i couldn't tell what she meant until later on when she said the full sentence "i am happy because of you".
